Why Private Yoga?

As individuals, we’re each unique with our own specific strengths and limitations. Yoga is like medicine. What works for one person may not necessarily work the same way for you. Through private yoga, we’re able to work together to find the perfect yoga “prescription” for you.

Private yoga allows us to work together to create a practice that is specifically catered to your body’s needs and your personal goals. Whether you’re coming to the practice to build strength, find balance, find restorative movement, or to simply add some self care to your routine, we’ll work together to find the perfect medicine for your mind and body.

Hi, I’m Abbey!

I’m so excited for you to join me here! I’d love to get to know you. First, here’s a little about me: I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and I love to share my passions with others. I have a cute little cat named Oats who loves to practice yoga with me. I’m from the Pacific Northwest and am currently living and teaching in New York City. Along with teaching in person classes around the city, I also love teaching private and group classes online. Aside from yoga, I love to cook healthy and nourishing meals, experimenting with new flavor combinations and different recipes. I believe that nutrition, movement, and community all play such a huge role in our overall health and wellbeing, so let’s align ourselves with our goals and move, eat and connect together!
